ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL
Daniel earned his B. S. in Business Management from Arizona State University. He completed the University of Arizona’s Karl Eller Arizona Executive Program. He is currently enrolled in the Adler School of Professional Coaching Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP).
The Adler Professional Coach Certification Program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Accreditation is awarded to programs that meet the rigorous professional standards established by the ICF for coach training programs. Graduation from an accredited program meets the ICF requirements for individual coach certification for: student contact learning hours, mentor coaching, and passing an ICF-approved exam.
Daniel has extensive management experience in leading government agencies and non-profit organizations with as few as three and as many as 1,800 employees, and has managed budgets and resources in excess of $1 billion dollars. He has experience in the private sector, and has owned and managed his own enterprises.
Daniel is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and is currently pursuing a second DTM designation in Spanish. He is an experienced and articulate presenter and speaker, fluent in both English and Spanish.
Daniel serves as a board member of the Dougherty Foundation, an Arizona not-for-profit educational trust providing scholarships and low interest loans to deserving students. He is a member of Toastmasters International; a Professional Member of the Institute of Management Consultants; and is a Facilitator/Coach for the Ramsey Executive Education Program at Arizona State University.
Throughout his career he has served on numerous local, state and national boards and committees.
